Qualifications:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Illinois SLP license (or eligibility) Experience with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting Excellent communication and documentation skills Collaborative spirit for working with teachers and families

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver therapy to students with a variety of needs in group and 1:1 settings Document progress and maintain detailed records in line with school protocols Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Provide guidance to staff and parents regarding communication strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-3:30 pm; 35 hours per week) offering the chance to build strong relationships in one school community.
