Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist working onsite with K-12 students near Lake Villa, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications:
Valid IL Speech Language Pathologist License Professional Educator License (PEL) required Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish Experience working with K-12 school populations (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and student goals Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to English and Spanish-speaking students Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing student evaluations This is an onsite, full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week in a supportive school environment. You'll build relationships with students and staff while helping learners achieve their full potential.
