Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment and make a lasting impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist. We're seeking two full-time professionals ready to deliver high-quality speech and language services on a contract basis for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll collaborate with students, families, and colleagues, helping each child reach their fullest potential in communication and learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred, though strong CFs will also be considered Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage Ability to manage diverse caseloads and work effectively with K-12 students Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, progress, and compliance with state and federal requirements Provide consultative support and training to school staff as needed Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated student support
