Schedule:

PRN / Flexible Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking a skilled, passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team on a PRN basis. Enjoy high pay and total schedule autonomy without the hassle of contract agencies.

In-House Culture:

Work directly alongside a permanent, collaborative clinical team focused on quality resident care. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for facility residents. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, occupational and physical therapy teams, and family members. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Illinois. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong foundational knowledge of dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic interventions.
