We're looking for a compassionate, driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Chicago Southland region . ??
Service Areas Include:
+ Tinley Park + Aurora + Joliet + Naperville + Surrounding communities ?? This is a home health role-travel between patient homes is required. ? Why You'll Love This Role ?? What You'll Do + Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders + Develop and implement individualized plans of care + Perform OASIS assessments and ongoing re-evaluations + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams + Educate patients and caregivers for continued success at home + Ensure accurate, timely documentation ? What You'll Need ? Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ? Active Illinois SLP license (unrestricted) ? At least 1 year of clinical experience ? Valid driver's license + reliable transportation ? Willingness to travel within coverage area ?? Ready to make a difference? Let's talk! You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
