As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist under Expressive Speech Therapy, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in infants and toddlers. You will work closely with children and their families to develop personalized therapy plans and provide interventions that promote communication and language development. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children. Early Intervention Credential is preferred, although we will provide assistance in credentialing!

We are currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
Location:
We cover the extended Chicagoland region, and our therapists engage directly with the child and their family within the comfort of their own home play space. This ensures that the child feels safe, secure, and at ease in their familiar natural setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in infants and toddlers. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings. Provide speech and language therapy services to children and families in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics, and community centers. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy. Monitor and document progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate records. Provide education and support to families to facilitate carryover of therapy techniques into daily routines. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to coordinate care and share insights with colleagues.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Illinois state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology is preferred. Knowledge of early intervention principles and practices is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassion and a genuine interest in working with young children and their families.
