Full-Time or PRN Trach/Vent experience preferred Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team at Alden Estates Orland Park. CPT provides rehabilitation services throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and independent living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services in a skilled nursing setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes Maintain documentation and therapy standards Qualifications Master's degree in Communication Disorders SNF experience preferred; Net Health experience a plus Benefits Short-term Disability and Life Insurance Medical, Dental, Vision Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Account 401(k) 15 days PTO, sick leave, and 6 paid holidays Community Physical Therapy is a therapist-led organization committed to evidence-based care and supporting professional growth.
