Full-Time or PRN Trach/Vent experience preferred Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team at Alden Estates Orland Park. CPT provides rehabilitation services throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and independent living, outpatient, and home-based settings.
