Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing speech-language therapy services in a self-contained special education setting. This rewarding contract position offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students aged 3-22, supporting their communication and learning needs through direct and teletherapy sessions. As part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will serve a caseload of 18 students. You'll utilize evidence-based practices and your expertise to deliver tailored interventions, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with educators and families. This full-time opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about fostering growth and connection for students with varying abilities. What we're looking for: Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience or strong interest in schools, pediatrics, and/or healthcare settings Skills or background in teletherapy or willingness to learn digital platforms Ability to work with students in a self-contained special education environment CFY applicants welcome—mentorship available Commitment to individualized, student-centered services Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills What you'll do each day: Conduct and interpret speech and language assessments for students aged 3-22 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans Deliver direct and teletherapy services tailored to student needs Document therapy progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP development Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create holistic interventions Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment This contract role allows you to focus on what you do best—helping students find their voice and potential.
