What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Illinois SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility) Experience supporting AAC users, delivering multimodal therapy, and addressing behavioral needs Flexibility and collaborative spirit to work in school environments Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted speech and language services to a diverse student caseload Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on intervention plans Utilize AAC and multimodal therapy methods Maintain documentation and compliance to school and state guidelines
