As a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will collaborate with a dedicated educational team to support communication, language, and speech growth for children in a school environment on a contract basis.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Adaptable and enthusiastic when working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and document progress towards individualized goals Provide training and resources to staff and families to support carryover of skills Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
