Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care plans for complex cases involving speech impairments or disabilities. Assist with early intervention programs and support school-based services when applicable. Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Requirements Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or equivalent credential in the relevant state or region. Proven experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention services and school settings. Experience working with individuals with speech impairments, disabilities, or communication disorders across various age groups. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology related to speech production, swallowing function, and medical terminology. Ability to perform comprehensive speech and language assessments accurately. Proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapy techniques for diverse patient needs. Experience with telehealth therapy delivery platforms and remote patient management preferred. Strong collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging with parents or caregivers effectively. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation purposes.
