You'll manage a manageable caseload of 28 students, mostly seen individually, with 17 requiring dedicated support using speech-generating devices (SGDs). The age range covers Kindergarten through high school, offering valuable variety and clinical depth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start) Previous experience in K-12 settings beneficial Comfort and experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, especially SGDs Commitment to in-person service delivery
Responsibilities Include:
Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload Assess, plan, and implement interventions, including SGD support Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance Adapt services to meet varied student ages and needs
