Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) certification is required Previous school-based experience is a plus (SLP-CFY and experienced SLPs encouraged to apply)

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges Provide direct therapy services—both individual and group—according to IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain detailed records and track students' advancement Support the school community as an engaged team resource and advocate
