Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (Bilingual Required) - School-Based Carpentersville / Dundee / Algonquin / Hampshire, Illinois (Surrounding Areas) Next School Year | Onsite Soliant is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for multiple potential placements in the northwest suburban Illinois area. This Next School Year opportunity offers flexibility in placement based on candidate strengths, interests, and location preference.
Position Overview:
Orientation:
August 3, 2026 First day with students: August 6, 2026 End date: May 27, 2027 37.5 hours per week (full-time) Placement matched to candidate preference, skills, and availability Onsite only School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings Deliver services in both English and Spanish (bilingual requirement) Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district/state guidelinesQualifications:
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible CFY) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred (or CFY eligible) Strong communication and collaboration skillsExperience & Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required School-based experience preferredWork Hours:
37.5 hours per week School-day schedule aligned with district calendarEmployment Type:
