Succeed:
Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure, with CCC required Solid experience working in school settings, especially elementary caseloads Ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive therapy space for diverse learners Bilingual in Spanish highly valued, but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups Develop and update IEPs, setting measurable and attainable goals Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and team members to support student progress Document services and progress, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
