Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Enhance the educational experience for students by providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive school-based environment. This in-person, full-time contract runs from August 17, 2026, to May 27, 2027, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population and collaborate closely with educators and families.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC certification State licensure to practice as an SLP Previous experience working with children in a school setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Comfortable delivering in-person assessments and therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs Conduct individualized assessments and document results in compliance with district and state requirements Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor progress on students' IEP goals Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for educational planning Maintain accurate, organized records and data regarding student progress Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards of practice
