This full-time position offers the chance to work with a diverse student population ranging from elementary through high school age students while making a meaningful impact on communication and academic success. We are currently hiring for two maternity leave coverage assignments and welcome applications from experienced clinicians as well as strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay of $44 - $48 per hour Leave Coverage #2

Caseload:

High School students Student age range: Approximately 14-18 years old

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay of $46 - $49 per hour Job Responsibilities Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations Identify communication disorders and determine eligibility for services Develop and implement individualized therapy goals Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration and IEP meetings Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education staff to support student success Qualifications Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred but not required Open to highly qualified SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) Why Join Sunbelt Staffing?
