Wilmette Public School District 39 Long-term Substitute Speech-Language Pathologist Starting May 11th, 2026 until June 5th, 2026 Monday- Friday, full-time schedule About the Role Hello, Speech-Language Pathologists!
- + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses (up to $500) Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses (up to $3,000) What You'll Do Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations Support a range of student communication needs across school settings Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success What We're Looking For Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
