Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP-CCC certification Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Previous experience working in schools or with K-12 populations is preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions to each student's needs Utilize technology and resources to enhance therapy outcomes
