Desired Qualifications:

Active Indiana (IN) Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license (required) Experience supporting school-based SI and general education caseloads preferred Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings Passion for helping children overcome language and communication barriers

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children Collaborate with education teams to develop and carry out individualized therapy plans Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and special education staff Support both SI and general education students to ensure inclusive learning environments
