9653168-47401 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position providing speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting, conveniently located near Bloomington, IN. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about supporting elementary-aged students and ready for a flexible part-time schedule. In this role, youll engage with a caseload of 30-50 students, primarily in grades 2 and 3, with some variability to serve younger and older children as needed. You will work across 2-3 school sites, collaborating with educators and families to create positive outcomes for every student.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Hold a valid Indiana SLP licensure for school-based services Demonstrated ability to serve school-aged populations, especially in elementary settings Experience with evaluation, re-evaluation, and IEP-driven therapy Skilled in case management, and comfortable leading IEP meetings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Previous school SLP experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy based on students IEP goals Complete comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations as required Serve as the Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS) for assigned students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Lead and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements Your assignment will take place between August 3, 2026 and May 24, 2027, averaging 18-21 hours per week over 3-5 days per week depending on school scheduling.
