Qualifications:
Master's degree from an ASHA-accredited program Current, valid Indiana SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience in schools preferred Strong collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy for students on the resource caseload only (self-contained caseload managed separately) Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and communication strategies Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech and language disorders Partner with teachers and support staff to maximize student success Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders
