Speech Language Pathologist I

Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus 1710 Lafayette Rd Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933 Speech-Language Pathologist (.6 FTE) - Inpatient & Outpatient (Adults & Pediatrics) Seeking a versatile SLP to provide services across both inpatient and outpatient settings for adult and pediatric populations. The Speech Language Pathologist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This position evaluates and implements a plan of care for the provision of comprehensive speech and language services for individuals exhibiting dysfunction in the areas of speech and/or language.
