Your Role Will Include:
Providing speech-language therapy to elementary students for a 12-week FMLA coverage (August 10th-end of October) Managing a caseload of approximately 117 students, with support from a Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) Offering services across two elementary campuses, both in-person and virtual (VOCO options available) Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Tracking student progress and maintaining detailed records in accordance with school requirements
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP (CCC) certification and eligibility for Indiana state licensure Experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred Adaptability to larger caseloads with support Strong communication and organizational skills
