Job Description

Seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support students across schools in Tippecanoe County for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time contract role ideal for professionals passionate about student communication growth and eager to make a positive impact. Multiple positions are available, offering unique opportunities to collaborate with educational teams and serve diverse student needs, including Essential (Life Skills) Skills programs.

Skills and Experience Desired:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply Previous pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy experience highly valued Ability to plan and deliver therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs, including those in life skills programs Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills In this role, you'll: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate actively in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's communication needs in the classroom Adapt therapy techniques for both in-person and remote (teletherapy) settings as needed Partner with other specialists and educators to foster an inclusive learning environment This contract position allows you to utilize your expertise in a region known for its vibrant school communities and supportive educational staff.
