Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a positive difference this school year by providing critical speech-language services to students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite near Nashville, IN. This assignment runs from early August 2026 through Thanksgiving, offering a rewarding opportunity to foster growth and communication skills in a supportive educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory Experience delivering speech services in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Candidates must be available for onsite work (no teletherapy options) CFs and SLPAs are not eligible for this position
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a resource-level caseload of students, providing therapy and assessments aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to support students' communication abilities across academic and social contexts Conduct evaluations and maintain documentation compliant with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to effective educational planning Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for student progress This full-time contract position allows you to stay engaged with a single, well-defined caseload—separate SLPs manage self-contained classrooms—letting you focus on high-impact services for resource students. You'll work alongside a dedicated educational team committed to student development and receive ongoing support throughout your assignment.
