A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for K-12 school-based opportunities in a variety of locations in Indiana. These are W-2 positions offering competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) matching, and licensure reimbursement. We work closely with clinicians to match them with placements that fit their preferences, including: K-12 age groups Classroom and caseload preferences Preferred school settings and locations Responsibilities include providing speech and language services, collaborating with school teams, participating in IEP meetings, and maintaining student documentation.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license or ability to obtain Active state educators license (if required by state) or ability to obtain School-based experience preferred IEP experience preferred CCC-SLP preferred With a variety of districts and settings available, this is a great opportunity for SLPs looking for flexibility, support, and the chance to explore new locations while making an impact in schools.
