Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract To Hire Step into an exciting opportunity working with students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This contract-to-hire role lets you make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment near Spencer, IN, helping children improve their communication abilities and thrive academically and socially. Utilize your specialized skills in speech-language pathology to develop and deliver personalized therapy for students, both onsite and through teletherapy platforms. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and team members to create and implement tailored intervention plans that foster growth and success for every child.

Desired Qualifications:

Active SLP-CCC credential, eligibility for state licensure, or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience working in school settings, either onsite or via teletherapy, is highly valued Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention techniques for diverse student populations Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging with students, families, and educational staff Reliable organizational skills and adaptability within dynamic school environments
