Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome Previous experience providing SLP services in school settings is desirable Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services to middle and high school students to support speech, language, voice, and fluency goals Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other staff to support academic and social success Participate in IEP meetings and assist with development and implementation of IEP goals Provide ongoing communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for generalization Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policy and legal requirements
