Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to work in a school setting located in Gardner, KS. This role is onsite and preferred to start as soon as possible, continuing through the end of the school year. The schedule consists of three days per week, primarily supporting 1st and 2nd grade students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students. Collaborate with educators and staff to assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school protocols. Support communication goals for diverse learners in a classroom environment.
Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Previous experience working with early elementary school-aged children preferred. Ability to deliver onsite therapy services consistently three days per week. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to timely documentation and school compliance standards.
