Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a dynamic, collaborative school setting. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to help young learners thrive while you work alongside a dedicated team of educators and support personnel. We're looking for an SLP or an SLP-CF who has experience with AAC and a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based practice. You'll have the flexibility to bring your teletherapy or in-person skills to a supportive environment that values your expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
Active State Speech-Language Pathology licensure SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential Direct experience with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings Proven skills working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to elementary students Implement and manage AAC devices and strategies as appropriate Develop IEP goals in partnership with school teams, students, and families Track student progress and maintain accurate reporting and documentation Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning Enjoy working in an environment known for its friendly staff, teamwork, and commitment to student success.
