This full-time, contract role is designed for professionals passionate about supporting diverse learnersfrom early childhood through elementary and beyond. What were looking for:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP roles Ability to work effectively with early childhood and elementary-aged students Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Positive attitude and adaptability when working with a wide caseload spectrum Key responsibilities: Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with school and federal guidelines Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team assessments Employ evidence-based interventions tailored to each students needs Enjoy weekly competitive pay, with hourly compensation ranging from $40 to $60, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
