Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language therapy for students as part of a collaborative educational team. This position offers continuous coverage from August through January to support two back-to-back FMLA leaves within the school setting. Your expertise will help ensure that students continue to access vital communication services during this extended period.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities Collaborative approach and commitment to student progress
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse student population Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluation Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations Maintain comprehensive, timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
