Rehabilitation Services Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to improve communication abilities in patients. This role will involve a mix of independent work and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals and groups. Provide therapy services aimed at improving communication and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with other professionals, including Parsons, to enhance patient outcomes. Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Stay updated on current best practices in the field.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and teams. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
