Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role serving students across multiple grade levels in the Kansas City area! Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunities are available for skilled professionals eager to make a difference in K-12 educational settings. These positions offer the chance to support diverse student needs on campuses, addressing speech, language, and communication goals for the 2026-2027 academic year. Working alongside collaborative educational teams, you'll foster positive communication outcomes for students and contribute to a supportive school community.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible Kansas SLP license (CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows and SLPAs will be considered) Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage caseloads across 1-3 campuses Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote options not available for this position)Primary Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students according to IEP goals and district guidelines Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to establish and support communication strategies Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting purposes Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized student intervention plansBenefits & Perks:
