Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible Kansas SLP license (CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows and SLPAs will be considered) Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage caseloads across 1-3 campuses Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote options not available for this position)

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students according to IEP goals and district guidelines Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to establish and support communication strategies Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting purposes Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized student intervention plans
