Speech-Language Pathologist ( SLP ) -
PRN Shift:
Flexible PRN Scheduling ( Days preferred )
Location:
Shawnee, KS Are you an SLP who is passionate about working with older adults and helping restore communication and swallowing function? Anew Health is seeking skilled clinicians to support our therapy services. Who We Are Anew Health is a geriatric psychiatric hospital serving seniors with complex behavioral health needs. Evaluate:
Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments.
Treat:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and safe oral intake.
Collaborate:
Consult with nursing and dietary teams regarding diet consistency and safety.
Educate:
Provide guidance to patients, caregivers, and clinical staff.
Document:
Maintain accurate and compliant records per hospital standards.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active Kansas SLP license ( CCC-SLP preferred )
Certification:
ASHA CCC
preferred ; CFY considered with supervision options
Experience:
Geriatric, dysphagia, or behavioral health experience preferred
Skills:
Strong clinical reasoning and communication abilities

Pay:
Up to $69.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you willing and able to work PRN (as needed) with daytime availability for assessments and coverage?
License/Certification:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Required) (CCC-SLP) OR eligible (CFY) (Required)
