What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational or school-based settings Comfort and adaptability working with various caseloads, including early childhood and elementary through high school Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedication to meeting students' unique needs across a spectrum of abilities Key responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services for students in K-12 settings Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress Assess, document, and report on students' speech and language development Adapt therapy approaches to address diverse learning and communication needs Enjoy the advantages of a competitive hourly pay rate between $40 and $60, paid weekly.
