Key Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for communication and swallowing disorders Serve a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions for various developmental stages Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with IDEA and district policies Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFY) if applicable Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license (or eligible) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills
