Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing skills Provide speech and language therapy to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient settings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Record and maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Participate in staff development and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience or equivalent Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
