Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic, engaging school environment where your passion for speech-language pathology will make a meaningful difference for students every day. This full-time contract role covers a maternity leave from September 14th through November 30th, offering you the chance to support an established caseload of 50-60 students at the elementary level. Work onsite in a collaborative setting dedicated to student success, with opportunities for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to contribute and grow.
Key Qualifications:
Hold current SLP-CCC certification or be eligible as a Clinical Fellow (CF) Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings Ability to manage a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development Must be available to work onsite throughout the assignment
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals Complete evaluations, maintain relevant documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to best support students' communication needs Implement individualized therapy plans focused on student strengths and areas for growth Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes This contract opportunity offers a supportive setting, regular school-day hours (37.5 per week), and the chance to gain valuable experience in a well-regarded school.
