School Speech Language Pathologist - Zachary, LA Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Zachary, LA Job Details Full-time | Contract 2 days ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an engaging school-based role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can make a meaningful difference for students in grades 3-6. This full-time, contract position is located near Zachary, LA, offering a supportive environment that values your experience and credentials. As part of a dedicated educational team, you'll work one school site throughout the academic year, from August 3rd to May 21st, with comfortable work hours of 7:45 am to approximately 3:30 pm, totaling 35 hours each week. This setting, focused on maximizing student growth, provides you with an opportunity to serve elementary-age learners—primarily in third through sixth grade—through personalized speech and language services.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Louisiana Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience or interest working with students in elementary or intermediate grades Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop effective therapy goals and measurable outcomes
