Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity shaping the futures of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in an educational setting. Support students from Pre-K through 4th grade across two vibrant sites during the upcoming school year, starting August 25th, 2026 and concluding June 11th, 2027. Located in the scenic area near Adams, MA, this role is on-site only and offers a chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and families. Ideal candidates will demonstrate commitment, compassion, and professional expertise guiding students towards communication success. Your work will make a meaningful difference by enhancing language development and empowering students to achieve their fullest academic and social potential.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Massachusetts Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills Ability to manage a caseload across two school sites and adapt to various student needs Commitment to on-site services (teletherapy/remote options not available)
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students Pre-K - 4th grade Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services Monitor and document student progress; maintain accurate records Communicate with families, teachers, and staff to support student learning and engagement Travel between two assigned school sites as required If you are ready to make a difference in students' lives and thrive in a collaborative school environment, we want to hear from you.
