  • 46/hour Post Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents to support communication, cognition, and swallowing while making a meaningful impact on daily function and quality of life.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide therapy focused on communication skills, cognition, and dysphagia management Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding resident progress and care planning Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
