Pay Rate:

Up to $70.00/hour , based on experience Position Overview The Collaborative is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with strong experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , behavioral needs, and multiple medical diagnoses. This role involves working in classroom-based and small group settings with students across K-12 grade levels, as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services in classroom and small group settings Support students with a range of disabilities, including ASD and complex medical needs Collaborate closely with special education teachers, support staff, and related service providers Participate in team meetings, planning, and documentation as required Deliver services aligned with IEP goals in a collaborative environment Required Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Proven experience working with students with disabilities (K-12) Autism experience required Strong background delivering services in classroom-based and small group models Experience in collaborative or specialized school settings preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about supporting students with complex communication needs. Minimum Requirements:

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
