7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services for patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and related disorders across all age groups. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team to restore function, improve communication, and prevent disability. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized, measurable treatment plans aligned with patient and family goals Provide direct therapy services and adjust interventions based on patient progress Perform ongoing reassessments and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and communicate patient progress with care teams Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and program evaluation initiatives Support training and mentoring of new staff, aides, and clinical students Contribute to continuing education, in-service training, and professional development activities Attend required meetings and perform other assigned duties Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts CPR certification (current) 1-2 years of experience in swallowing disorders preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Compliance with ASHA Code of Ethics For more details contact at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
