Job Description
Overview We're hiring a fast, reliable, and motivated cook to join our team year-round — not just seasonal. While many restaurants on Cape Cod slow down after summer, we're looking for someone who wants consistent hours, long-term stability, and growth in a busy pizza and sub shop. If you're someone who works hard, learns fast, and brings a positive attitude — we want you on our team. Responsibilities Make pizzas from start to finish (dough, sauce, toppings, oven) Prepare subs, wraps, and grill items (steak & cheese, chicken, etc.) Work across stations: pizza oven, sub station, grill, and prep Handle high-volume orders during rush hours Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stations Plus points: Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Assist in food preparation for other menu items, maintaining efficiency during busy service periods Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Maintain cleanliness of workstations, ovens, and utensils throughout shifts to promote hygiene and safety Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer service Assist with menu planning ideas based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences when needed Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of menu items with attention to detail Prep Work Responsibilities (VERY
