Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication growth during the Extended School Year (ESY) program! Highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC certification are needed to provide essential services in a dynamic school-based environment from July 6th through August 14th, 2026. The schedule offers a balanced, part-time commitment, operating Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 12:00pm, totaling 14 hours each week. Your expertise in school-based speech therapy ensures children achieve their communication goals, helping to make a significant, positive impact before the start of the new school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working in school settings strongly preferred Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and other providers Ability to tailor therapy to diverse student needs, fostering a supportive environment
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Assess communication abilities and develop relevant treatment goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress Maintain thorough documentation of services, evaluations, and student outcomes Participate in team meetings and share insights for comprehensive student support Promote positive student engagement and progress throughout the ESY session This contract position is ideal for SLPs who thrive in a school setting, enjoy a summer schedule, and wish to make a meaningful impact in a short-term, targeted program.
