Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for infants and toddlers Provide individualized therapy in children's homes and community settings Develop and execute goals within the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Educate and train families and caregivers on therapy techniques Prepare evaluations, progress notes, and other documentation Select appropriate therapeutic activities and educational resources Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case discussions Follow all safety and infection-control procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Massachusetts SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to family homes in Brockton and surrounding areas Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
