Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Previous background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within a school or healthcare setting Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain detailed student records and track progress in alignment with school policies and regulations Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to optimize student support Deliver group and individual interventions, adapting methods to fit each student's unique learning style This contract opportunity offers you the chance to expand your SLP experience in a collaborative school setting near Cambridge, MA.
