Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students to reach their full potential by providing impactful speech-language services in a supportive school environment near Cambridge, MA. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Prior experience in school settings is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and documentation
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group formats Maintain accurate records of student progress and complete required documentation in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and progress Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support classroom strategies and reinforce learning objectives Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology If you are an enthusiastic SLP or Clinical Fellow passionate about making a difference in students' lives, consider taking the next step in your career and helping to build brighter futures.
